We offer a complete and comprehensive service, covering the three stages of leather processing: Wet Blue, Crust and Finished. All with complete traceability and with the certified quality guarantee of Lecom Group.
This is Lecom's initial product. The leather was chrome tanned and can be finished in various ways according to the customer's needs. The level of finish in subsequent processes depends on the quality of the wet blue, so our uniqueness lies in the quality of the hides purchased for processing. By maintaining this standard, we guarantee raw materials that will achieve the desired finish.
Through a retanning and drying process certified by the Leather Working Group, we transform wet blue hides into unique semi-finished products. During retanning, the characteristics of the hide at the end of production are defined, followed by dyeing, polishing, drying, and softening.
It is at this stage that the role of design and the technical expertise of our team takes center stage. The color, thickness, softness, and feel of each leather are defined according to the highest industry standards.
The finish offers all the necessary finishing touches to enhance, protect, and preserve the leather's natural attributes, providing a unique aesthetic and sensory result.
The finish can be achieved in a variety of textures and colors, thanks to processes such as engraving, painting, polishing, and smoothing, as well as the technical legacy of our factory's expert hands.
We have a traceable process thanks to LECOM Seal technology, from the origin of the raw material to the final product ready for manufacturing.
